Our goal is to provide world-class customer service, maintain and expand relationships with carriers.  Negotiate rates with carriers and customers Maintain regular contact with existing customers to determine their short and long term shipping needs Collaborate with other team members and manager.

 

Position Requirements:

• Rate Agents must complete one (1) week of training on our Transportation Management System (TMS)
